2. Eligibility

You must:

  1. Be a legal business entity (with valid registration)
  2. Be 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract
  3. Provide accurate and current information during registration


3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Use the WhatsApp API only for lawful business communication
  2. Not send unsolicited bulk messages (“spam”) or offensive/illegal content
  3. Obtain necessary user consents as per Meta policies and local data protection laws
  4. Maintain the confidentiality of API tokens, credentials, and business account access

7. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services without notice if you:

  1. Violate these Terms or Meta’s policies
  2. Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
  3. Fail to make timely payments

You may terminate services by notifying us in writing and settling any pending dues.


8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, and software used on this website are the property of A2M Techmedia Pvt. Ltd. or licensed third parties (e.g., Meta). Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 3 months.
